Hello. I don’t like Terms of Use and legal texts more than anyone else, but for your sake and mine, it’s important to be as clear as possible about a few things. WRKSHP.eu is just a one-man band at of the time of writing, but it must protect its users (you) and itself (me) by putting some things in black and white. Do send feedback if something looks off, and I’ll do my best to adjust - I really don’t want this text to send you away, far from it, and it exists to make sure that expectations and rights are protected. As a User you warrant that you are not an agent or employee of any other company or individual making learning materials for Ableton Live, Ableton Push, or any of the other course subjects which are found on WRKSHP.eu, and will use the Site and Materials solely for the purpose of increasing your own personal proficiency of the subjects covered by the course.
