Read MoreI read the manual and already knew my way around most of the features and functionalities and still found surprisingly helpful to see other workflows and applications on genres different than mine. The content worth the investment on itself and the course is really well structured. As a big plus, this course is very OCD friendly as Andri's Push is always perfectly centered and leveled with the top camera!

Now having taken this course (Still working through it), I realise that this thing is crazy good! Did not even know it had a step sequencer function!!.. You can create things way faster than with the mouse, get more creative and enjoy it, and literally play a whole performance with just this machine alone! Andri is a great teacher, very clear and easy to follow what he is doing!

Read MoreYay! I've finally completed my course, which I spent almost every night with during the last month, so this is both a great and a little bit sad moment for me. Overall I think you have made a fantastic job with this course, and I'm very glad I purchased it. Before enrolling for this course I had very basic knowledge of Ableton Live and music production in general, but now I feel very comfortable using all features of Push 2 and have also learn quite a lot about Live itself. So I'm really looking forward to trying out stuff on my own and just play around with all of the ideas that has been circling around in my head. Finally I had a hard time deciding on whether to give this course a 4 or a 5, so I decided to go with 5, even tough it's really a 4,5. What could make this course perfect is if you make sure that all the videos have a property start and ending; and that there's little or no overlap in terms of the things brought in each individual lessons, as this got me confused a few times. But overall this was great course and I really enjoy your humble, engaged and positive way of teaching. Looking forward to additional courses, especially on electronic music production :) Keep it up!!

Read MoreAndri's course is incredibly comprehensive and carefully constructed. His love for music and for Push is tangible and leads to an examination of the controller that is nuanced, maniacally detailed and balanced in both its critical thinking and its appreciation for a beautiful piece of technology. As a tools beginner, I learned enough to make music very naturally, without feeling lost in the abyss of how much there is to know about digital music product. Huge thanks for making the course, highly recommended for anybody who wants to get to a new level with Ableton and Push.

Read MoreTried a Udemy 2-part course and it was poor... watched a few lessons and realised it was a waste of money. Did the Berklee Live course... which was better (and free). Neither covered more than the basics of Ableton Live. For me, Push is an indispensable device and so The Push Bible is vastly better, far more useful, comprehensive and with first class production values. If you intend to become properly competent with Live using Push... this is what you need.

You show the potential expertly and it really inspires me to become a master of the logistics to balance my right brained dominant mind and allow my creativity to have a greater structure to support its flowering.

Read MoreHaving just completed the entirety of the Beginner/Intermediate Levels, I am so glad I invested the money into the course, which in turn is an investment in myself. Andri is not only thoughtful and well-learned on the device, but understands that you, as a new user, are not. He has structured this course assuming you know nothing and methodically walks you through the learning curve in a very intuitive and interactive manner. Additionally, if Ableton Live is also something new to you (I had moved into Push 2 and Ableton Live 11 simultaneously), there is a good wealth of knowledge regarding Ableton incorporated into the Push lessons. I have written Andri and suggested he build a course solely on Ableton Live due to his pragmatic, non-verbose teaching style. Congrats, Andri!

Read MoreI've been trying to get my head wrapped around Ableton Push 2 Suite since I bought it, and I've tried a lot of different tutorials. Many were good, but didn't really get into detail outside of the tricks they were trying to teach. Others were dry and too technical and didn't connect to the actual flow. This one does. He takes you step by step in increments where everything builds and makes sense, leaving you actually able (ton ? Har har) to make music with confidence. Best bang for the buck of all the courses I've done. Well worth the money.
Read LessA whole section goes into how to create an entire track using almost exclusively Push, showing tricks and tips to reduce touching your mouse and keyboard to the absolute minimum. A download allows you to follow along and create your own version of the track.
The Drum Rack is really powerful, and together with Push, some automation tricks that are rarely shown, I'll show you how to make really interesting, dynamic and interesting loops and percussion.
Multiple lessons go through how to create your own sounds and instruments from either your own samples or from existing tracks by yourself or others. Making your own sound is both incredibly fun, much easier than you might think, and is such an exciting way to create your own unique sound.
Learn how to record external synths, audio sources or even an iPad or tablet, as well as the more advanced audio routing options available through Push but which are largely unknown.
With Push you can grab hold of the parameters of VSTs and third party plugins. There are a few ways to do this, and these are all covered, including my absolute favourite way to keep their key controls at my fingertips, reduce CPU-usage, and have fun with new synths and sounds.
Ever played something and then thought: oh wow, that was nice! When you try to repeat it however it falls flat? Learn how to go back in time and grab these ideas - Push and Live are always recording. Ever found yourself in the mood, feeling like you're flying, and then getting tripped up by searching around for a sound or sample? Find out how you can stay in that magical state of flow.
Push is a gateway to scales many of us would rarely touch. Learn about the variety on offer, how to tap into them in creative ways and explore new musical languages.
There are a number of really important features that just aren't well explained online or anywhere else. - How do you import a clip into Session view using only Push? - How can you add samples and sounds to Live's library and access these via Push? - How can you customise Live and Push's behaviour to get the most out of them both? Some of the best feedback I've had has been on these aspects, as even Ableton themselves haven't shown exactly how you do these things. With every hack I discover I add this to the course.
Push's user mode has a lot of potential - but also some drawbacks. I show you how you can can use it to add functionality to Push and Live. But not everything you'd hope that would work works - let me save you the time I've spent trying to get it to work! It can however add some super useful and customisable shortcuts, and these are really worth knowing. I also show how MIDI pedals can be added, the functionality of some buttons improved and even how to change the knobs themselves, should you wish!

Read MoreFirst off, thank you so much for doing this entire course! I love Push2 and have had it for quite a few years now, and I found I was just scared of adventuring within its functions and understand how Push 2 as a beast works. Now I have a solid basic understanding of it because of the help of your course and its in-depth content. thanks to you, sir! I sincerely hope you make more videos in the future! Maybe tutorials on how to make different genres of EDM music like techno, house, drum and bass etc seeing as how you are so knowledgeable with music as a whole.;) I honestly think if you did general construction of how to build a house, deep house or techno track would be a great course for aspiring people like myself to spring board from your teachings and create their own identities.
