Overall I think you have made a fantastic job with this course, and I'm very glad I purchased it. Before enrolling for this course I had very basic knowledge of Ableton Live and music production in general, but now I feel very comfortable using all features of Push 2 and have also learn quite a lot about Live itself. So I'm really looking forward to trying out stuff on my own and just play around with all of the ideas that has been circling around in my head. Finally I had a hard time deciding on whether to give this course a 4 or a 5, so I decided to go with 5, even tough it's really a 4,5. What could make this course perfect is if you make sure that all the videos have a property start and ending; and that there's little or no overlap in terms of the things brought in each individual lessons, as this got me confused a few times. But overall this was great course and I really enjoy your humble, engaged and positive way of teaching. Looking forward to additional courses, especially on electronic music production :) Keep it up!!

Neither covered more than the basics of Ableton Live. For me, Push is an indispensable device and so The Push Bible is vastly better, far more useful, comprehensive and with first class production values. Many were good, but didn't really get into detail outside of the tricks they were trying to teach. Others were dry and too technical and didn't connect to the actual flow. This one does. He takes you step by step in increments where everything builds and makes sense, leaving you actually able (ton ? Har har) to make music with confidence. Customise your Push
Push's user mode has a lot of potential - but also some drawbacks. I show you how you can can use it to add functionality to Push and Live. But not everything you'd hope that would work works - let me save you the time I've spent trying to get it to work! It can however add some super useful and customisable shortcuts, and these are really worth knowing. I also show how MIDI pedals can be added, the functionality of some buttons improved and even how to change the knobs themselves, should you wish!

Andri has taught thousands of students, from complete beginners to full-time professionals. He became a Product Specialist for Ableton in 2014, delivering workshops at all levels, has taught at schools across Europe including SAE Institute and ESRA. His focus is on Ableton Live and Ableton Push, with a particular emphasis on finding creative workflows, improvisational performance, and getting into 'the flow. He believes firmly in doing more with less, and "finding your instrument". Life is short, and limitations and focus bring incredible creativity and results. Describing and mapping out the "landscapes of possibility" to students is key, helping them find their path and to define their own personal quest.

It is fun and easy to follow his instructions, he structures his lessons in a very clear and concise way. Push 2 is not difficult but it is quite complex and there are several fine points to know - Andri introduces them all and always at the right time and in a very comprehensible way. Also his love for music, Ableton and Push come through which just makes you enjoy his teaching even more. He gives a lot of examples where and how techniques may be applied and also encourages you to play with them and practice, in a really cool and supportive manner. I would purchase this course again in a heart beat and even though I am only half way through by now I have learned more here than in a year or more of owning Push 2. Some things intimidated me about this device and Andri has made them all accessible to me. Many thanks for all that. Andri, you rock!

I have actually watched a few other courses from other providers and there was loads of stuff in yours that they just didn't cover, or they just gave it a fleeting mention and moved on. For me personally, I got the most out of the Drum Rack, Sequencer, Using Audio Clips and Arrangement sections. However, I managed to pick valuable info up right the way through the course. One thing that would make it better in my opinion would be the ability to bookmark/favourite a certain video, so you can quickly refer back to it. I'm not sure if this can be added to the website? Apart from that, it's excellent!! Thanks Andri!

While many different instructors present some or most of the material they promise the presentation may suffer from any of the following: poor video and audio quality, speaker difficult to understand, to much rambling on, information not well paced and finally the lack of quality illustrations and conceptual guidance. The Push Bible course is well paced, and really delivers on all counts! The production quality is top notch, and Andri obviously has a lot of experience teaching as his delivery is concise, well paced and quite humorous at times. For me, I found the information presented really took hold (even in my short term memory). You really can't ask for much more than that. Well worth it. Thank you Andri.

Read MoreI purchased the Beginner and Intermediate (L1 & L2) courses and have gone through each and every module. It took me months to get through. I had to dedicate time each day to going along with each lesson and to absorb and practice it so that I would retain it. The instructor has it laid out in a way where you can do this - take bite size chunks out each day, or multiple sections in a day. After reflecting on it, and comparing it to other courses out there, this is really worth every penny. I spent months on this, and it was well worth the price. The instructor isn't very click baity, very minimal and to the point, and that worked with my style. He did lean on his strengths of electronic music production, and that was fine (although i would have liked to see more genres represented). He goes beyond Push to show you other things in Ableton, his personal preferences with VSTs and plug-ins, sample packs, and more. This is the Gold - beyond the manual into a professional's mind about what works and what doesnt. Ultimately, I really liked the instructor. He was very humble, very empathetic to his audience, very detailed and organized, and just a pleasure. He feels like a friend. And I learn from friends the best. Thanks for all the material! You got me off the ground !

As I’ve got to see more of Andri’s content, he comes across very genuine as is very happy to help if you have questions, you just have to look at the discussions on the videos themselves to see that. I also enjoy your snippets of humour we see here too, Andri! 😊 This is a no brainer for someone if you use Push 2, particularly as an instrument, or if it’s your main Ableton controller. Using those skills in line with other courses (in terms of production and performance) has been so useful for me and I feel really confident just using the Push 2 alone for a lot of my workflow and output now. What I would add is, those who have a basic understanding of Push may well want to “just” get the intermediate course, that said, the beginner course is exactly the same in terms of my rating, as its recorded and delivered to the same standard, its just I knew the content of that level already. I was on the fence to purchase this course for a while, but a discount persuaded me to dive in, and I'm incredibly glad I did. No hesitation to give 5 stars. Wonderful work, Andri!
